Welcome to Inspirational Insights – The monthly modicum of meanderings from MBK Training.

Welcome to 2016!

Happy New Year from everyone at Inspirational Insights, hopefully December gave you a chance to relax! It was certainly quiet here, with very little news rolling in!

Only one new document from Ofsted regarding new registrations and a slight change to the inspection process that allows for a judgement of insufficient evidence leading to a re-inspection.

Tantrums aren’t all bad
We quite often discuss behaviour in the office, it’s a topic that everyone has an opinion on, and the nice thing is, these opinions are quite often different.

We found an interesting article about tantrums, sharing and other behaviour myths and it got us talking.

You can read all our thoughts here, and hopefully start a conversation about it in your setting; any time spent doing this will help create a consistent experience for children throughout, which is always good.
