So with targeted CPD becoming a more prominent part of Ofsted inspections, we were excited to take part in two discussions this month. The LED event in Birmingham gave us some interesting information about funding, Ofsted, ratios and quite a bit more!
We were also lucky enough to attend a professional development event at Little Learners Nursery that was a fantastic source of inspiration. These type of events let us pull together as an industry – something that is going to get more important with the coming changes!
