Internet? What internet?

Apologies for the Insights arriving a little late this month – we have just recovered from a small internet outage in the office. We did use the time to constructively to come up with some top tips for dealing with internet problems during an inspection! We also had a look at the roll out of the trial for 30 hours (or lack there of) and just how funding is being spent by the local authorities. You can find all this, and a little bit more about Ofsted, in our blog here.

Inspiration of the Month

Zoe has been at it again, you can find another selection of themed ideas in her blog here. This month we have Mental Health Awareness Month and National Family Week – it’s all about the people around you, so make sure you take the time to check they are OK! We hope you have a stress free month.

We have spoken to many nurseries and when we ask where they source their loose parts, we always get different answers – it’s time to start sharing these secrets! Whether you are relying on your parents to bring things in, visiting the local woods or are lucky enough to be near a resource centre – why not let other settings know what worked and what didn’t?
